I popped in to R A Baker with a cracked mirror. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, the glazer took the mirror and said he would do it right away. Within 5 minutes he returned with the fixed mirror and it has been perfectly done. I am delighted with the service, much better and cheaper than binning it and less hassle than finding a new one. Highly recommended.

I want to keep my timber windows but needed the glass changing. I had french doors fitted last year by RA Baker, and they did a great job of that, so I asked them to replace the units in the windows. They've done an amazing job. The work itself is great. They were friendly and efficient. They've cleared up so well you wouldn't know they'd been! But, I have to say, Tim, you are a legend!! The weather is atrocious today. The windows done are on the south side of the house, with the wind and rain coming from the north, so the work itself wasn't as affected as it could've been. When Tim arrived we commented that it was lucky it wasn't raining. Then it did and didn't stop... but Tim didn't. Thank you Tim very much. Thank you to the other guy too.... sorry, I didn't catch your name. An all round fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Very bad customer service, if I could give no stars I would, my builder ordered a pane of glass for the stairs and requested a triangle shape, on collection it was rectangular. The owner of the company refuses to acknowledge any fault, implying it's the builders fault. The builder has a diagram of the design and I emailed prior to the order clearly stating triangle shape. The owner has been rude and in my opinion has no customer service skills, he is not prepared to discuss anything, I will be reporting the issue to Trading Standards as I have lost my money and no glass to install.
The company has responded, their version is inaccurate, I'm more than happy to post my evidence of emails and written design online
Please check email sent to you in November when I originally enquired, clearly states angled glass I can also provide the builders diagram.
I tried to be reasonable however you ignored emails, rude on the phone therefore Trading Standards will become involved. Who would order a rectangle shape to fit a triangle shape, clearly your employee has not been honest enough to admit his mistake.
When I spoke to you on the phone and asked you to listen to the calls you told me the calls were not recorded, however you are now claiming they.
You are still using the company name which is Ronnie Bakers, however as far as I know he's no longer running the company.
