Unorganised. Address and name provided after the first late arrival because for some reason they send their fresh produce by Royal Mail I’ve never witnessed this else where. It just doesn’t seem right at all

Then after not putting the correct address again I eventually got the package a week later, Produce arrives mouldy. No way can I trust eating the meat Now, not one box of eggs was complete it was an absolute mess in the box.

Then do you think I can get a reply What great customer service Rowie. You should be very proud

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ROYAL MAIL? Really!!! You charge enough. Use a reputable courier

I’m fortunate to have used Purton House Farm shop both in store and to deliver boxes to our home for years. Their produce is fresh, nutritious, reasonably priced and very tasty. Their service has been above and beyond many more times than they’ve not had the exact items than I’ve requested and reflects the fact that it’s real people with human constraints rather than a computerised machine that provide the services I value so highly. Please do consider investing in good quality local produce so they can afford to be there in the future!

Good place for store cupboard staples, shipton mill flour and cleaning products Inc refills. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but veg a bit thin on the ground when I visited last week, just coming into the hungry gap period between UK winter veg finishing and summer crops becoming available. Friendly, relaxed, helpful vibe though and competitive prices. Been such a tough winter for growers, here's hoping the rain stops sometime soon and they have a bountiful summer 🌞
