I love this Tempeh, as I newbie to Tempeh in the last few years I've tried curious supermarket versions and wasn't really impressed too much. But then I tried Pro Tempeh and tasted the reason why it was so special.
Made using traditional fermentation processes and no pasteurized so it's raw makes a massive difference to the complexity.. made a delicious curry and stir fried the rest the next day. ? will be a returning customer ?

Really very impressed, tastes nutty and have tried it with lots of different sauces so it is versatile as well. I was looking for something with vitamin K2 and a pro-biotic as part of my diet improvement and am very glad I found it...surprisingly nothing like tofu.
