I ordered a sample pack and it arrived promptly. Our dogs adapted well to the change and seemed happy with the new food. We have set up a subscription, I realised that the 2nd round into the subscription was unlikely to arrive before we ran out. I contacted ProDog Raw and Juliet came back to me straight away and arranged for the food to arrive the following day for me. This is rhe second time I have contacted the company, the first I was a little unsure on setting my subscription up and the costs. Both times I had a super fast response and a helpful person. We are currently coming up to delivery no 5 (Inc the sample pack) and have no complaints but most importantly we have 2 very happy dogs . The only thing I would change if I could, is that more veg be added to the raw food as we are having to cook extra to Inc but this is preference I guess.

Fantastic! This little one can demolish any treat very quickly but the trachea is definitely the longest lasting we've found and the tripe bones test him too! At last we've found him a challenge 🙂👌

I fed my Beagle, Louis, a raw food diet since he was a puppy. Sadly he died two weeks ago but for the last three or four years of his hectic life I was feeding him ProDog Raw and he absolutely loved it. They have a great range of meals for puppies and older dogs. Ordering online is simple, especially as there are options for automatic reordering with discounts. The food arrives in a couple of working days in recyclable yellow tubs, insulated with compostable sheep’s wool rather than polystyrene. The tubs are half or one kilo and it’s fairly easy to judge how much you want to give your dog without having to use scales. The food is frozen but thaws out in a few hours – or a few minutes in the microwave. Once opened a tub will keep for four or five days in the fridge, though for most dogs a kilo tub will probably do for two or three days. They also do supplements and treats and their loyalty programme means you – or your dog – can earn additional treats. For the last two Christmases I ordered special meals and Christmas hampers with special chews and treats and an Advent calendar. I would recommend ProDog Raw to anyone who wants to give their dog a healthy diet and a long and energetic life.

Great product (dog devours it) but the Customer Service is amateurish. Virtually impossible to get an answer on the phone as they employ agents who work from home and the last time I rang there was some child screaming in the background. Up your game please ProDog.
