I'm attaching photos and videos for proof.

I got a 2A print from these guys just two days ago. The older gentleman took my order and a younger guy gave my order when I came to pick it up. The older man showed me what my print was going to look like on the computer screen and everything looked good.

The print I got back looked like it was in 144p quality. The original picture I gave was 5400 × 3600px size so I was shocked by how bad the print came out. I told the guy I didn't like how it turned out.

He told me it was my fault for providing a picture at such a low quality. His exact words were then "we'll do the nice thing and I'll offer a reprint" and he told me to find a better quality photo of the map I was trying to print. It was then revealed that his colleague had converted the file to a pdf and that somehow lowered the quality. If that was the issue it should have been communicated to me.

Also the ink came off when I unrolled the piece at home! I paid £35 for a bad print and was not offered a refund and instead told that it was my fault. Sure they're efficient and have fancy equipment but that means nothing with the print I was given.

I ended up leaving with the print and went over to Photo Genesis which is a 5 minute walk from this place. I was given the same size print at a higher quality, better price and great customer service.

I paid £180 for 100 custom A6 postcards and clearly asked the shop not to compress the files and to ensure equal white borders. They confirmed this in emails.

However, what I received was extremely disappointing: all cards were clearly compressed and had very uneven borders. The quality was far from what was agreed.

I contacted them with evidence and asked for a refund or reprint, but they refused and insisted that there was nothing wrong.

I have now reported this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience – would not recommend this shop for any serious printing job.

It is suck, they changed my file and compressed my pictures, and I was cheated out of 180 pounds. Please don't go to this store anymore. I made 500 postcards and all of them were made of inferior materials and differed greatly from the sample files.

Bad quality business cards. I was used to make them for so much less in Morocco for a way better quality. I was charged 40 pounds for 60 cards, while another company was offering me 100 cards for nearly the same amount. I thought that the reviews were legit, so that's why I came here, even if it was actually further than the other printing company. They firstly modified my file, while this was the exact same file I always send to my hometown printer, and there was never a problem, I agreed to change it, the colors seem to be faded, you can clearly see the cuts are uneven, and the design is not symmetrical.

I'm not used to make reviews, but had to make this one, I'm very disappointed.
