I bought a cheapy fountain for a snug area in my garden to provide some atmosphere, positioned amongst the climbers. After a week the coating started to flake. I sent an email to Primrose and, without hesitation or request, a replacement was sent immediately. That's how customer service should be, hats off to these guys/gals, absolutely amazing service! This is the second time I have used them and I will now look to then as my first port of call for my gardening needs.

Extremely disappointed with the Christmas tree I ordered.
It was nothing like the description and far too short.
Lots of e mailing back and forth but still no resolve apart from being offered 25% refund which is not acceptable.
The plant team have said that 'The tree is only a foot short and the bottom is fine'
First photo is what I bought, others are what I received.
I don't think it is acceptable at all seeing as the tree and postage cost nearly £50.
I am still waiting to have contact with a manager.

Great customer service, really fast and friendly. I bought a pack of 10 willow hurdles and 3 arrived damaged. I sent an email with photos and within a few minutes had a promise to replace them (no quibble) and within one day, ONE DAY, they arrived! I
It’s great to find a mail order company that inspires so much confidence. I fully plan to use primrose again and would happily recommend to others

Bought willow fencing panels, the quality far exceeded our expectations. A slight problem with delivery was quickly and efficiently sorted by Primrose customer services. Have already recommended Primrose to others. Will definitely use them again.

Nice customer services - But a pretty dreadful product. I ordered an Apricot 'golden glow'. A nice little tree about 4 ft tall with 8x well spread branches was delivered in November. I planted it in a sheltered spot with a good mix of soil and compost. Made sure it was well watered but not too wet and waited for spring. Sadly come the spring not a bud opened. I contacted customer services and after a few emails a replacement was delivered. Again the 'tree' was about 4ft tall but has just 3 x 4" branches - two of which are crossing so one will need to be removed. I'm waiting for the buds to open. Trees outside Tesco and Aldi are higher quality - Although not the same varieties. EDIT - Primrose customer services have sorted out the problem. I can't say 'to my 'entire' satisfaction' because what I wanted was a healthy Golden Glow apricot tree and I don't have that - but it has been sorted as far as is possible and other items bought off them [Small fig tree and Alfred apricot tree] are doing well so I'm changing 2 stars to 4

Absolutely thrilled with the screening, it concertinaed right down with only a little left that I had to cut , it has covered so much unsightly concrete and brickwork . Customer service is second to none . Well done Primrose

Absolutely amazing rubber plant - Ficus elastica!

Please see photo - I only paid £34.99 for this amazing plant- it would be a fortune elsewhere. It was advertised as 3ft - they sent me an incredible specimen which is much much bigger and this has been my experience twice from this website!

Arrived in 6 days and was well packaged!

This is my second order and once again I’m giving 10/10 and could not be happier!

(My first order was for a bird of paradise Strelitzia reginae and a monstera minima on a moss pole - both were cheaper than all other sites and massive healthy specimens for the price paid. On that occasion they threw in a free standard monstera for spending over £75 which was an amazing specimen also!).

So so happy I found this site! Will be buying again!

*AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS*!!!!!

THEY ADVERTISED A 12 LITRE MAGNOLIA TREE SUPPOSING TO BE 200CM-240CM.

WHAT ARRIVED WAS A 10 LITRE DISEASED AND DYING PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A SPECIMEN.

HAVING SPOKEN TO A FOREIGNER AT PRIMROSE, WHO ASKED FOR PHOTOS, WHICH I HAVE SENT. I HAVE NO HOPE WHATSOVER OF EVER RECEIVING THE CORRECT ITEM OR A REFUND.

I AM £117 OUT OF POCKET.
