The shop was lovely and had some lovely treats and food however i feel we were given awful advice that ended up with our 4 month old pup in the vets after being sick for hours costing us vet fees.

We were told that with the transition meat it was safe to give it to him straight away after being kibble fed.
We had done our research and did question whether to introduce this raw food slowly into his usual food but were assured it was fine by the staff member. Being given advice from a professional and reassured that it would be fine when clearly it wasn’t is appalling and has caused my pup to be very poorly.

He may have just had a bad reaction or we were given bad advice?

Despite this the staff were helpful and friendly and if your dog is used to raw then I’m sure it is a great place to shop

I've been ordering from Primal Raw for a few months now, and have been so impressed by them. They have a great range of raw food and treats on offer to suit all budgets. Delivery is super quick and packaged well without loads of polystyrene. Critical for me is that they are the only raw food supplier that I've found offering free delivery for orders over £150. With 3 labradors to feed this makes a huge difference to me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
