Having used Prestige for our kitchen refit last year, we had no hesitation going to them for our new bathroom. Glad we did! Just like last time, the consultation and planning process was straightforward; we were able to go to the local showroom to choose units, tiles and taps. The fitters were pleasant, hard working and professional and most importantly, the end result was fantastic!

We had a downstairs cloakroom and an upstairs shower room designed and installed by Prestige. They made the process easy and listened to our requirements. Our fitter (Darren) had a real eye for detail and, rightly so, took great pride in his work.

We would definitely recommend Prestige, and will no doubt be using them again for future projects.

We needed a complete refit of our shower room and after visiting several other companies we settled on Prestige and we are so glad we did!
From initial visit to their showroom to final sign off, we were impressed by their professionalism at every step. Their prices are very competitive and the entire team are friendly and knowledgeable.
Bob, Paul and Pippa were always available if we needed them and our installer Darren was lovely, polite and friendly and we were happy to have him in our home.
We had a couple of very minor issues after completion and Bob and Darren responded quickly and resolved them efficiently.
We are so pleased with our new shower room and wholeheartedly recommend Prestige to anyone needing their services.

Just like to thank prestige bathrooms for doing a fantastic job in converting our small spare bedroom into a shower bathroom/ toilet what a fantastic job we had it fully tiled which was amazing also our original bathroom completely refurbished with a corner bath and completely tiled nothing was to much bother from start to finish the. fitter arrived every day on time and worked a long day but never left until everything was clean and tidy we have nothing but praise for prestige and would thoroughly recommend them thank you all from the office to the fitter for a fantastic job

We used Prestige to remodel our bathroom and upgrade our kitchen after finding their ad on Facebook. This ad promotes them as a company who can help you improve your kitchen by changing worktops and cupboard doors, however, I would highly discourage anyone from using them for this type of work.
They admitted to having made assumptions about the types of worktops our units could support, even though we specifically asked them if they could. Unfortunately due to them not advising us correctly or undertaking their survey properly before starting the work, we now have a countertop we spent several thousand on that is now bent.
Prestige could not have been more unhelpful in resolving this issue and have had very poor customer service. We have chased and chased and chased them over the past few months (in case they comment on this, we did accidentally send one email to the incorrect address but there were multiple emails and phone calls before hand). Once you have paid them, their interest in helping you completely falls off a cliff.
This issue with the counters and other work they did not complete properly has led to us having to pay additional money to other contractors to rectify issues such as poor tiling which left a gap between the tiles and ceiling (Prestige have admitted this was done poorly) and a hole in the ceiling that was left when installing the new stove hood.
There were problems throughout the job such as the wrong parts arriving, poor diary management that meant our installer was waiting for other people/parts with little to do, countertops from the wrong batch (not matching pieces), and most recently giving us the wrong grout to rectify the tiling issue (we now have two different grouts in the bathroom).
The installer was very pleasant however, the response and general service from Bob has been very rude and unhelpful.
Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a positive experience in our first home using money we had saved for some time.
I would advise everyone to avoid and take your money and business elsewhere.

Thankyou Prestige Bathrooms and kitchens for the recent work from your company. A complete redesign and refit of my kitchen, in an older house which threw in some technical problems. These were all solved with small changes advised by Bob and the fitter to still give me my dream kitchen. Work area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Worked to a good time schedule. Very efficient company with a high standard of work. Thankyou for a fantastic job.
