Do not use this company! I’m an online coach and referred one of my clients to use this company on good will because I know Jordan and thought the company would be a good service.

My client sent him £600 for a month’s worth of meat, rice and vegetables (pretty expensive but for the quality it seemed reasonable) we’ll let me explain how the service went.

The first delivery was all good, came on time and everything was there. Then things started to go downhill, second delivery had no rice (even though it’s just rice it’s not the point, it was a substantial amount of rice and was the main carb source for my clients diet. How can you forget to put in +1kg of rice?) then after days of trying to contact Jordan he finally replied that there was a mistake in the kitchen and it would be rectified. In my mind that meant he would send a new batch of rice immediately. Again after a couple days of no new delivery I messaged Jordan asking what is going on and he said last weeks rice would be coming in next weeks delivery which doesn’t even make sense because he’s on a specific meal plan and can only eat a certain amount of rice… the specific amount that has been ordered each week.

Then this is where things REALLY went downhill, when the delivery date came around for the 3rd delivery nothing showed up… two days later still no delivery. Of course by this time me and my client are both furious with what is happening and Jordan isn’t replying to either of our messages. After trying to reach him for days he finally responds saying there is now a problem with the delivery company DHL and it will be arriving in a day or two… again causing a massive hassle for my client as he is left with no food for days. By the time the delivery date for the 4th week comes around there IS STILL NO DELIVERY!

Jordan has tried to pass the blame onto the delivery company but send no tracking number or confirmation of delivery so I highly doubt the delivery was even sent and by this point my client has had enough and says he wants a refund for half of the money paid and I my mind this is extremely reasonable because I think a full refund should be issued for this absolutely atrocious service.

Jordan then says he will refund my client and it will take ‘3-5 business days’ for the money to get in my clients account… I’m pretty sure a bank transfer takes a couple of minutes, not days.

Well it’s now been over a week and still no refund has arrived, the 3rd and 4th delivery never came and Jordan has been ignoring both of us for the past 10 days, absolute scumbag behaviour.

DO NOT use this meal prep company!

I started to order meal prep from this company. I had a number of problems. Food missing food not sent. The company ended up owning me over £300. Lied to me many times about a refund and has now blocked my number with no contact and no money. The owner, Jordan, is a thief. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase.

Great quality food.
Have been using premier meal prep for about a month now and the food has been excellent.
The meat is especially is great value for the quality and quantity.
