Delivery drivers worst nightmare turn up on time to be told I'll have to wait 5 hours because of a queue of vehicles which were both late and early. Obviously pointless making any effort to arrive on time in future

Arrived at Premier Foods with 6 pallets at 1015am still waiting to be unloaded at 12pm no one even has come near me. Top management need to sort out the staff.
