An absolutely lovely evening. The lady serving us was friendly and attentive. The food was AMAZING and I love the look of the place.

3 people, 2 course and all having a drink was £100 Inc tip which is actually very good and excellent value.

So excited to return

a charming little spot that delivers solid Italian cuisine. The pizza was undoubtedly the highlight—flavorful and well-prepared, making it a must-try. However, the starter parmigiana portion was notably small, which might leave some diners wanting more.

Service was impressively quick, though it’s worth noting the restaurant was empty during my visit, which might have contributed to the speed. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, it is a cute little restaurant

Overall, Prelibato is a good choice for pizza lovers, but it could benefit from slightly larger portions

Little Gem!
Turned up on Saturday evening 6.30 with no booking but they could squeeze us in if we were done by 8pm. We had starters, mains and a bottle of lovely red (didn’t feel rushed at all) and absolutely delicious. Small menu but well thought out and so fresh. First time visit and definitely would recommend. Server very nice and very attentive and knew the menu well. Will return again!

My husband and I just had the best evening meal. First time visit. The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable of the vast Italian menu. The award winning pizzas were incredible. The white wine delicious. The homemade tiramisu was absolutely yummy. The atmosphere were lovely. Real candle lit on our table. Could eat inside or out, we chose inside. Good luck to the son who will be entering the world wide competition in Naples. Highly recommend. We will be returning as we want to try the lasagne and award winning aubergine parmigiana...and the special seabass...well and pretty much everything else on the menu.

We’ve visited twice now and both times we just feel genuinely blown away, such a cosy and charming restaurant. The food is delicious and incredibly authentic, you can’t help but feel you’ve been whisked off to small trattoria in south Italy somewhere.

Atmosphere takes over everything is a place that i will come back for a evening night only for deserts, the vibe is incredible with all the italian products and candels as decoration, food prices are reasonable.
For the chefs, dont take it wrong, the food was good, only the (Ragu pasta) needed more flavour, and by using only Ragu mince fells like a regular pork pasta. Im trying to give a suggestion to help im not commenting to give bad comments.

Waiters: when leaving the shifts is good to aproach to the table and introduce your self when leaving the floor or starting the shift. like this i know to whom i know im been served with. It helps create an connection with the client and and the waiter..helps ( get more tips ).

Ill be back for sure!!

We visited this local restaurant for the first time,
There were 4 of us and we booked for 6pm.
The owner was lovely and explained how everything was home cooked.
The food was great and authentic.
However a waitress informed us that our table was to be vacated in 20mins
She then continued to harass us until we finally vacated 5 mins before our 2 hour allocated time was up.
We did not see any people waiting for our table.
Sadly we all left the restaurant feeling pushed out and disappointed.
I understand that restaurants have 2 bookings on an evening. We had a 2 hour allocation which we were fine with.

This beautiful cafe oozes personality and the food is exceptional. Traditional, Italian food - which even extends to croissants. Lovely owners, so glad they made it through lockdown as this place is a real gem.
