This is not a company I would EVER recommend. I’ve read others reviews so I’ve clearly had the wrong person coming.

After hearing scurrying along a bedroom cupboard and loft space my landlord paid for this company to come and resolve the issue of mice.

A young lad the first time who wasn’t in the least bit interested in what I was telling him, where I had heard activity. He says he put rat poison in the loft. I must have blinked and missed that. He never actually went up in the loft to thoroughly look around. No bait was put in the cupboards. Wasn’t here 15 minutes in the first visit. Flitted in and flitted out.

Second visit less than 5 minutes, pokes his head through the loft hatch and says nothing touched, all the same. I go up in the loft afterwards to get my Christmas decorations and there’s a dead mouse in a trap I had set .

I called PPM to complain and got an extra visit this week. When you speak to them they cut you off midway. Not in the least bit interested in hearing concerns or complaints. Different person comes this week. He does actually go in the loft because he was told to. Sees nothing. Says can see the bait block previous one put down. Just ONE block.

I am sitting here now listening to mice scurrying backwards and forwards. My nerves are shot to pieces and my anxiety is through the roof. I’m crying as I’m writing this because no one is helping. This company is shoddy. They are not professionals. They have fixed NOTHING

Had mark come to have a look at a rodent problem in the loft for me. After the first visit he laid some traps and I havnt had any problem since. He was very friendly, professional, always on time and kept me informed on what he was doing throughout the three visits. Would highly recommend

After suffering rats living and breeding in loft the process has just begun .to find point of acsess . starting with a camera down the drains then if it's not drains it'll be a process of elimation.i have faith in them

Couldn't recommend this company enough. I used them as our pest control company for the business I was running and found them to be more than just helpful, they were so knowledgeable and very professional

Saw a driver in Milton Keynes area, drive straight into a car already on a roundabout. Not good!
