From start to finish in my search for both a washing machine and fridge freezer, the customer service was excellent. They helped with every question which meant I bought with confidence. They removed my old appliances, installed my washing machine and returned a day later to level it (wonky floor), something I know for definite that a larger company would not have done!
I’m not one for leaving reviews but felt the need to with my experience. I could not recommend PowerPoint more if you want value for money and total customer satisfaction

I was recommended to PowerPoint by a number of friends. My first contact was with Gary Brown who works independently with the company. My Samsung dishwasher had packed up & Gary came to see if it could be repaired, unfortunately it couldn't. Gary suggested that I go to PowerPoint & if I did purchase a new machine he'd waive his call out fee. I went to their showroom, Simon was incredibly helpful & I purchased a new Bosch machine for an incredibly competitive price, much less than all the big multinationals. Gary came to take old machine away & install the new. He was such a perfectionist & did an immaculate job, such a nice professional Man. From now on, if I need any kind of domestic appliance PowerPoint will be my first stop, so long as Gary carries out the installation. Thank you so much, I'm delighted 😊

Economic, efficient, effective!

Margaret Thatcher demanded "economy, efficiency and effectiveness" of Civil Servants in the 80's (I was one!) so she'd be delighted with Powerpoint - as am I - as they fulfill all of Maggie's three "E's". I have had three kitchen appliances from them in 18 months, all three at a good price, that work well, and do the job. Additionally, delivery was always on time and within hours or a day or two of ordering. Installation quick and efficient. Helpful with queries and advice both in-store and on the phone. Won't hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

Fanstatic service. My elderly parents visited the shop this morning as there fridge/freezer broke last night.
They purchased there replacement and was delivered a short time later.
They removed the old freeze/freezer then fitted the new one and took the old but away.
The while service was beyond Fanstatic.

These guys were amazing. My washing machine broke 6 days before Christmas. Very helpful from the service in the shop to the fitter delivering and taking away. We realised I had a perish valve, they couldn't of been more helpful. Also loads of handy tips on how to maintain the washing machine for best life span of the machine.

This company is AMAZING. (I have used them before for an integrated fridge freezer). I bought a Bosh washing machine, the service from the sales team was informal and relaxed, but very professional. The installation was a bit tricky, but the lovely man who sorted it for me went above and beyond. 👍. Strongly recommend this company, buy local and get great service.
