Morning , i ordered around 14 tress (fruit and nuts) 08/01/2025 the order took longer than what initially agreed and stated on your website as ''These trees on average are three years old and are between 1m and 1.5m high. ''but never less we still ok .. but once items arrived i was disappointment as some of tress very small and not worth what been paid for as well donot fit without our orchard tress size . when i send email complaining that i have now to go buy from local supplier to replace these small tress which i am paying twice for tress and delivery .. which is not acceptable .. but sadly the answer i received from you , YES we knew about it due some issue with tress ..well if that is the case you should inform me in advance so either i cancel the small tress or i agree .. you cannot just send me the tress and still get paid for bigger tree and when i complaint i get ignored .. from the list of 14 tress we ordered, there are few of them very small and not at any use for us . we like for a full refund for the small trees which we happy to share photos . thanks

Was ready to help at any costs.
There was a misunderstanding about the nuts which i wanted to get ready to eat nuts to send abroad but instead got the raw shell cobnuts, peacan nuts and walnuts.

I told Alex about it and he helped out and refund me.

I ordered 2 packs of the toasted Kentish cobnut fudge, intended as part of a Christmas present. Both packs arrived as virtually a single lump of fudge. Other items in my order look perfectly normal and usually products from Potash Farm are delicious so not sure how this went wrong. I was contacted within hours of raising this issue and have been promised two replacement packs of fudge in time for Christmas.
Will update this review when they arrive

We bought 3kg of chestnuts online for 30£ 3 times. I must say that the first two times we were really satisfied. We received large, tasty chestnuts perfect for roasting or boiling. The third time, in January, we receive 3 kg of unedible chestnuts. They crumbled and tasted really really bad either roasted or boiled. I guess they were just old being January or simply a bad batch. We had to throw them away. I wrote to them explaining the problem twice. No replay. No even an apology.

EDIT 1: I received a very kind and warm phone call offering a replacement of the chestnuts. It seems my emails had not been received. I edited to 4 stars. Going to 5 when we receive them 🙂

EDIT 2: we did receive the replacement and they are very good again (despite being January). Not sure what went wrong with the previous lot but we are now very satisfied on how the complain has been dealt with and the quality of the product. I would advise it since you can rest assured that they care about their customers and have good products

Stay away if you can.
Sounded professional and nice at first. I bought a tree from them. But late miscommunication and misunderstanding happened. I received an email later that day that tree was not available and bought and planted tree from other supplier. Suddenly tree from Walnut tree arrived.
Clearly miscommunication happened. I called back and spoke with the same person I spoke before. He denied everything. I was in a very difficult situation, when I ended up with an extremely expensive tree and no place to plant it. Obviously some miscommunication happened.
I tried to explain my situation with a request to return a tree, was happy to pay return postage fee. But that time professionalism disappeared. Owner was trying to dismiss me and reject my rights as a consumer to cancel and return the order.
I was advised to plant the tree in the pot. Which was completely wrong and unprofessional advice as it was not dwarf tree and would not cope with any pot. He obviously should know this but still advised me to do it, just to get rid of me.
I was interrupted in the middle of my sentence with owner telling me “good day” . That sounded very unprofessional and rude.
Clearly he violated his own terms and conditions where clearly said that I am as a consumer have a right to cancel and return the order.
Plus I was treated in a dismissive way.
Stay away if you can. As next time you might find yourself maybe not in the same, but very similar situation and will be treated the same way as me.

What great products and swiftly delivered. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Where else can you buy cobnuts not just in their shells, but in their flowers? A fantastic taste that so many people are missing out on.

I didn't know anything about the tree that produces cobnuts until I rented a cottage in Kent last autumn and my landlady who has become a friend gave me all she had and showed me where to pick more than I could ever eat. I know, or at least I think I know, that cobnuts are hazelnuts, which Georgian London practically survived on. Eat them with black coffee: you'll think you've died and gone to heaven.

Potash Farm has a fantastic Bramley apple and cobnut muesli, which I included in my order, only to top it up to gain free delivery and the great complimentary addition of another gift bag of cobnuts. I eat muesli every day anyway, so I was thrilled that such a wonderful breakfast became part of my order. I have tried it and love it.

As for the gift bag of cobnuts, they are beautifully presented in a little hessian sack, and I am quite frankly holding on to them as a gift for a friend who has invited us to dinner at the end of the month.
