Really poor experience with this organisation. We spent more than £110 on a potted Christmas tree which, to their credit, arrived on time. We followed the care instructions but within 3 months the entire tree went brown as it had clearly died and their response was simply that we were now outside of the refund/replacement window. Dreadful customer service and not a business that we will ever deal with again.

I ordered a tree from this company and it has been a great experience.
Staff are super friendly and response time is quick.

I was a little skeptical ordering a Christmas tree online but when it came it was beautiful packaged and you could tell great care had been taken to make sure it arrived safely.

Would highly recommend and will be buying again !
