Stacey and Poochey are fab! We've taken our dog there since it opened. He was nervous of groomers prior to going to Poochey but Stacey gained his trust quickly. Feels super safe too - as well as several gates inside, the front door is locked as appointments are pre-booked. Always great service, quick response to enquiries via Facebook or phone and the dog loves it - he always attempts to pull me inside there when we walk past so five stars from him too 🙂

A little over a year ago we got a beautiful new addition to our family and as new dog owners we only wanted the best for our 4 legged friend.

At first we took him to a well known brand chain that is inside a large pet supply shop because we were told to get him used to his groomer. After 6 months of regular washes it came time for him to have his first trim only for the groomer we had invested time and money in to turn around and go 'sorry we don't know how to groom that breed'. Not to mention that it would be almost £100 pounds to have it done!!

I had seen poocheys a million times driving past. It is just off the A6 and always has the most beautiful window displays I've ever seen! I thought for sure they would be way out of my price range. However, I called and spoke to the owner who was so lovely and helpful. She knew our breed type and was more than happy to groom Hobs and it was a third of the price!!!! Since then we have always used poocheys. The shop is like a high end beauty salon for dogs, the owner is an absolute treasure and you get the best service for an amazing price. I can not recommend this place enough.

"Awsome" I took my girlfriend's Cockapoo to Poochey today as I wanted to suprise her for Christmas and "wow" what a transformation she came out looking fab and smelt gorgeous!! the owner was so friendly and made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing as I hadn't got a clue,Got mega brownie points when I got home,thank you Poochey we will be back.

Very very happy! Been with my mini schnauzer today, and to say I'm fussy is an understatement. Came out exactly how I asked, and most of all she was relaxed (which is not normally the case).

Took our four Japanese chins to Poochey. Stacey took fantastic care of them and giving them a fantastic hair cut and they smelt great. Would recommend Poochey to everyone.
