12 x 2 variety total 24 delivered 27.6.25 roots soaked in tepid water for hour or so … planted out ( in my poly tunnel) 28.6.25 following preparation/ planting instructions.. WOW look at photos after only 48hrs they are clearly thriving.

We made a large order for raspberries, rhubarb, grapes, strawberries and other berries. After a long time our order finally arrived. After we planted everything in March, 2 raspberries, 4 strawberries, 2 rhubarbs have completely died. We contacted customer service for a refund, but being asked many questions, demanded pictures of dead plants and received general excuses, we understood we won’t get any refund at all. We bought all the missing plants in local nursery and they perform substantially better, raspberries already have flowers and soon coming into fruit. Pomona’s one only have few leaves on, so we don’t know when they produce any berries, we are hopeful but the quality of plants is inferior. It’s a pity, we bought fruit trees from Pomona before and they are all fine. We have a fairly new garden and would need to buy many more plants, but unfortunately not from Pomona. We do not recommend this company, as look like they are not value their customers.

I had a problem with a plumb tree bought earlier this year. I sent photos to Pomona who identified the problem as a bacterial infection, advised me on safe disposal of the tree and set in train an immediate replacement. Their service was friendly and helpful throughout and I thoroughly recommend them

I bought a step-over apple tree ('sunset') from Pomona and could not be happier. I am a novice gardener but the planting and setting up of the tree was super easy (only my second tree ever planted and it was my first fruiting tree!). Year on year the yield gets better and better -- full of full-sized, tasty eating apples that my toddler and older child can pick themselves without use of a ladder and they love to watch the apples grow. 100% would recommend and take it from me, if I can grow a step-over apple, you can too! Had an order for a Orunus Snow Shower which arrived very quickly, however it failed to bloom. I contacted Pomona who sent another tree out as soon as it was ready(which is late in the year). Again it arrived very quickly. It has been a good one and is growing and blooming well. Great service.

I ordered 48 apple vertical cordons (45 'Red Windsor' and 3 pollinator cultivars) for my PhD dissertation. Pomona staffs (especially Ming) are very helpful and accommodating, especially to someone like me who has no background in apple tree cultivation, much more growing apple trees in pots. They tried to provide as much as possible the tree/seedling specs that I need for my research project.

The quality of bare-rooted grafted seedlings were superb. Seedlings were packed and delivered very well with very minimal damage considering the transit distance. After-sales service is also excellent, they reply promptly to my inquiries re potted apple cultivation.

Will be harvesting some apple fruits next week, six months after potting the bare-rooted seedlings!

I purchased 66 native English fruit hedging in 8 varieties to make an unusual hedge in my front garden. It's been over a year now since I planted the shrubs and all grown about 3 feet or more. Highly recommended
