This company provides outstanding service. They were so helpful in giving advice about products then exceptionally quick in sending out samples.They were so pleasant to deal with, very professional and knowledgable. I have used Polybags for a number of years and their service and products are excellent. The first time I used them, the customer services assistant was really helpful in advising me on the best product to suit my needs - perfect.

Very fast delivery with excellent quality mailing bags. I ordered on the website and received them the next day - since I'd chosen the free delivery option I'd expected them to take a few days, so was very chuffed to get them so fast :O) I was kept up to date with delivery notifications and the courier was bang on time. The bags are well made, perfect for sending our DVDs out and they were exceptionally good value too. Thank you Polybags!

I have had a positive experience from Polybags. I ordered bag samples from their website which they generously supplied without charge - these arrived within 2 days. I subsequently placed an order for several hundred bags which was promptly delivered. Subsequently I received a courtesy follow up call from the company ensuring I was satisfied with both the product and the service the company had given, which indeed had been faultless.

Excellent products. Excellent service. I have been using Polybags Ltd for quite a while now for my Polyroll and now they sell Biodegradable which is even better. Delivery is excellent. I am continuing to buy from here. Very happy with this company and the service that they offer.
