Been in a few time's now over the years even when it used to be the Samsung Offical store the owner Ali is really knowledgeable in his field. He has helped me in the past with old phones changing the battery or repairing cracked phone screens. I came in last week and never had time to get a full service on my device, I came in again today and asked him to changed the battery he advised me I never needed it only an official Samsung charger would be suffice to rectify the problem and saved me alot of money.

Nice, polite guy that knows his stuff and what I liked most is he never ripped me off! Which I suspect a few others may not of been as nice to do so.

Well impressed with the service I actually took time to leave a review as I never do that! 😆

So, there is a chap named Ali, he is just amazing when it comes to communication with the customers and he turned out to be an amazing helping pal, who helped me the way no one did. Despite the issue with my laptop, he not only fixed that but also provided me with the best headset in a reasonable amount.

Ail was a very professional from the moment I walked in he was always smiling no Matter what the situation was. He was very accommodating about everything and he allowed me to leave my phone on charge while I done my shopping and he was very polite and thanking everyone who has came in store. Ali and his team were absolute professionals. I needed cell repair for a slightly older model phone; the part was ordered and I was able to schedule the repair for a Saturday. The battery swap was completed in less than 2 hours. Ali is friendly and knowledgeable, and we were impressed by the superior customer service and attention.

Was sent into this store through my network three as my Samsung Flip had a virus.
I was greeted in a very professional and friendly way.
Also the virus had been removed successfully.
The assistant was very knowledgeable in his job and couldn't have been any more helpful.

Friendly, helpful and somewhere where I would have no hesitation in returning.
I went to the Samsung store in Edinburgh and the acting manager there was very unhelpful and Ali here in Glasgow was fabulous. When I heard him speaking to customers before me he had a great mannerism with them.
My advise to Ali is to stay young and handsome which he will ignore.
