I have been having milk from Plurenden Manor farm for about 2 years, the service is second to none. I love the fact the milk comes from a local, friendly and wonderful family run farm, you can buy a variety of other locally sourced products, I have never had a bad delivery, they are so helpful, I just love them!!!

I decided to try Plurendon after finding their leaflet again. But I have now cancelled my order as their site is really hopeless. I was happy to see they sold Duck eggs so I tried to find them via adding on the portal,but all that was available through that was teabags and I discovered via email from Gemma they are not available, nor the eggs, but there is no out of stock displayed. Emails are rather off, considering I am a brand new customer I would've expected a phone call when my email to confirm the order didnt send. I am very unwell and not on the ball., so when I got home after my stint volunteering there was no milk or goats milk for my cats delivered.The email confirmed they didnt get my confirmation in time.A simple phone call would have cured that.
So good job I googled reviews and found this lot of mostly unhappy customers or ex customers. Shame that a new local business has failed to impress

My 4 year old has said the cows are his heroes, as they make the most delicious milk and ice cream. It really is the best you can get!
