I've used this company for years and they've always been reliable. I started off getting milk delivered, but when I decided to switch to oat milk I stuck with my deliveries from plumbs' as they stock a good, locally produced brand of oat milk and it's good to have a regular delivery that I can add other items to.

The range of other items is good, although I would prefer more focus on locally produced products. I have ordered local asparagus and strawberries in season, which was great. It's good to see that they're now stocking camcattle, although currently only in large quantities that wouldn't work for me as a single person household.

It would be a lot easier if payments could be taken by direct debit rather than needing to remember to make a separate transaction each month. I get a regular veg box from another local company and their payments are taken automatically.

The website works very well, although it has very little information about the products, so that could be improved.

The company I work for have used Plumbs for a few months for milk and fruit.More often than not the fruit is of poor quality with odd bananas and mouldy citrus fruits.We have complained several times and it improves for a week or so but then they fob us off with sub standard produce again.Would not recommend to anyone.Local does not always mean best.

Great door step delivery and no more plastic milk bottles in my bin. There is something so gratifying when putting out an empty bottle and having a refilled one in the morning. Also great to get other stuff that I would otherwise buy in a tetra pack like organ/apple juice.

Appalling milk company. Milk goes off and by looks at the other reviews there getting other people having same problem! Poor quality milk and this is what someone advised me who used to work for this appalling company! They short change there staff and do not pay them what there worth
