I would highly recommend Chris at planning house, the experience has been very positive. She is extremely knowledgable and has been incredibly supportive. Chris has been incredibly helpful and based on my first experience on an enquiry ( as opposed to a full Planning application ) she is top of my list for my next development proposal. I’m an investor who had a query regarding a restrictive covenant on a forthcoming purchase. She was generous with her time on the phone and then followed up with a very detailed email and explanation of how a very recent case in law would impact my situation. BRILLIANT SERVICE. BRILLIANT PHONE MANNER.... I phoned Chris after looking on the Internet for a private planning consultant. Highly recommend Chris Pipe as a planner, her approach was second to none and made us feel we were in good hands instantly. We required her expertise to obtain approval for outline permission of a home in our woodland. Chris was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions/queries in a timely manner.
Chris used her extensive knowledge and skill to secure permission for a rural worker dwelling at our forestry business in County Durham. Chris has achieved something we thought was going to be impossible. Only a very small percentage of permission is granted for forest/woodland dwellings.
We cannot thank Chris enough for her support and obtaining this massive result for us!
