We bought a very nice tree in Ealing Broadway today, with the help of Rosu and Zain! They were lovely, even gifted our little girl a small tree to take care of at home. There are also plenty of trees to go for, so I totally recomend this place.

Rosu and David were really helpful when we arrived to collect our tree. We bought a 4ft value tree and only paid £38 (definitely a bit taller than what we paid for - great value!)

Received absolutely excellent service on choosing a Christmas tree from the staff at Pines and Needles yesterday evening. They worked to find exactly what she wanted - a not too tall tree, that is 'chunky' with verdant, dense branches. I have never seen my partner so happy with a Christmas tree after getting it home and letting the branches drop. It was exactly what she wanted - perfect for lights twinkling deeply hidden in the greenery.

Five stars for Rosu for exceptional service - very helpful, cheerful and hard-working. One star less to management for having her by herself lifting the heavy trees alone.
