Excellent place. Very tasty sausage rolls, scotch eggs and pork pies. Then the cakes, these are not sort that have been over done with sugar to hide poor baking. These are delicious.

What a wonderful place! I stopped here on a journey from Yorkshire to Norfolk. On the outbound journey I had a coffee and delicious piece of carrot cake, accompanied by a nice chat with the owner. I also bought some provisions for my trip. It was all so good that I stopped on the way back and bought some meat. The kind owners even vacuum-packed them for me and gave me an ice pack for transporting them home. Have just finished eating the sausages and I'm now contemplating making the two hour drive from Sheffield to buy more lol. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best farm shops and butchers I have ever visited. They offer the best bacon, scotch egg and carrot cake, oh and cheeses! After travelling around and visiting quite a few butchers in the Lincolnshire area, I can say this truly and honestly! Their bacon is just the best! We were visitors there for more than a year and hope to be back when we can! So sorry we couldn’t say bye last October when we left Fosdyke. I hope you are all well! Lovely little farm shop with a great butchery selection, both fresh and frozen. Fresh fruit and vegetables also available.
Cafe area serves very good coffee; a good solid selection of sandwiches; and an awesome breakfast with the best homemade black pudding ever (even if you don't normally eat it!). There is a wide selection of delectable and homemade cakes available, and they aren't stingy on their portions!
Once life returns to normal, do pop in to line your bellies before a long journey and top up your larder!
Recommendations: The Lincolnshire sausages, the Ploughman's sausage (if available), the black pudding, the steak and onion baguette, and the Dundee cake!

Fantastic farm shop with lovely sit down area; superb coffee and THE BEST fruit cake. My family all swear by the big breakfast and go eat on most Saturdays. Its awesome. The butcher sells excellent meat and some of the best sausages around AND the BEST bacon. Avoid the multiple international food places in the area and go eat real food!!

I'm ridiculously late on parade to write this review because I visited this place at the end of Feb (and it's now mid-May) but that's how good it was that I was still motivated to write a review! The cakes are A-MA-ZING! I'm not a great fan of cakes but I was driving through in my campervan to visit some friends and so I bought two and I have to say they were delicious! Hence the reason I'm writing this review. I only stopped because I needed a coffee! But in addition to the coffee, there's an amazing butchery with cheeses and all sorts of lovely pies and the very lovely people who I believe owned the shop, offered me a huge bone for my german shepherd who'd spent most of the day in my campervan by that time. It was most definitely the highlight of her week and kept her quiet for another 90 mins until I reached my final destinatation. Buy the cakes, they're delicious. And remember, that comes from a non-cake eater!
