The staff are brilliant make you feel welcome, really good to work with and genuinely a good bunch, management though couldn't care less about their staff you are a number and nothing more. Not trained properly and thrown in at the deep end those that can swim are fine but most sink due to the amount expected, really high turnover of staff and not surprising considering how the place is run. Half the equipment is outdated and broken or held together by chewing gum and chicken wire and can barely keep up with the amount of work that is expected but you are still expected to hit targets regardless of equipment provided. Great place friendly and helpful.
Security gaurd needs to put his car in the CAR PARK not bkocking the ramp for hgvs entrance up the side of security lodge causing us to scrape the bushes n branches with the trailer.
