A beautiful hotel, inside and out. Room very good, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and attentive. Good menu and Gluten free options provided. Breakfast consisted of a cold buffet with hot food orders taken by a waitress. Food served on hot plates. Plenty of parking available.

Fist time staying in hotel We stayed in a news room, very nice having a lounge. Bed was very comfortable. Nice comfortable lounge to sit in main hotel for a drink. |Standard of food is excellent served on piping hot plates. Liked that sauce for my sea bass was served in a separate jug.|Great choice for breakfast staff are all very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely return.

This is the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in and that's the reason we keep going back. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely comfy lounge and modern dining room. Food is first class with lots of choice. In the breakfast room there is so much to choose followed by your choice of hot food served to you by the lovely morning team. The bedrooms are excellent and always spotlessly clean.|Troon is a lovely place and the Piersland is just a short walk to the beach and the shops. Give it a visit.

I recently dined at Piersland House, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a cozy, elegant setting with a menu that highlights fresh, locally sourced Scottish cuisine. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked venison dish, and the seafood options were equally impressive. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.

Whether you’re a guest at the hotel or just visiting for golfing at the Royal Troon, Piersland House is a must-visit dining destination in Troon.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Piersland. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The Lodge room was lovely, nicely furnished and very comfortable super-king bed. Staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant and service was excellent. I felt there could be some improvement at breakfast. The fruit salad bowl was mainly apple with a few pieces of melon and pineapple. There were prunes, apricots and fruit compote available, but I felt the fruit salad bowl could be more appealing. There were only four choices of hot breakfast, two of which were fish and one veggie. Perhaps a smashed avocado, poached egg would be a nice addition. Saying that, there were a good selection of items to choose from on the full breakfast menu.

What a super place to stay. Everything here is excellent, all staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great overnight stay and the breakfast was so tasty, served to us by lovely staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Troon.

Just spent another lovely overnight at Piersland House Hotel and it felt like home from home. |We were allocated our favourite Mews Cottage which was, as always, spotlessly clean and welcoming. From pre dinner drinks in the warm and friendly lounge bar to dinner in the beautiful dining room it was an absolute treat, we were made to feel welcome by Martin and Andrea and the dining room staff worked smoothly and efficiently, the food was excellent and plentiful. Breakfast was another delight courtesy of Margaret and Christina, delicious food in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to return.

We were in the lodge a. Lovely twin room, comfy beds large TV bath and shower nice and quiet and warm with parking outside your window. The food in the main hotel building is delicious and reasonable two large dining rooms and a bar. The breakfast is great in the morning choose from a continental with a great choice of fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese cereals porridge and fresh bakery products. The cooked breakfast is also fantastic freshly cooked and served with a smile. The staff are all very pleasent friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our two day stay and can't wait to come back.
