Pieroth supplies my fave wines and I have tried many! Service via my wine rep Aaron is fast, friendly and personalised. He knows which wines and deals will interest you and won’t overly bother you as most sales people do. However, if you like to be contacted a lot with deals then I am sure he would do that too. The only problem with these wines, is when drinking with friends, everyone wants to drink what I have brought! #socialdistancingofcourse

We have been Pieroth customers for many years now, and the main reason we stay with them as our wine supplier is they provide such wonderful wines and great service. Our current 'account manager' is Jay, his knowledge of the wines is excellent he knows our taste preferences and can make suggestions for which of their current range we may like. The one we like best is the Borg fortas. A Hungarian wine I would never have thought to try. But it is a firm favourite. The ICE wines are exceptional, we have a range of them all supplied by Pieroth. They also have sherry's , Ports , and some very nice liqueur,s. The Frizante that we just ordered is to compliment the rose we got earlier in the year. It is a lovely wine to have a nice quiet drink in an evening. So we will try the white and see how that compares. Thanks Jay and Thanks Pieorth.

Constant phone calls from various sales reps. Even when I tell them I don't want any wine they continue to call over and over again. My father in law bought wine from them and they have called him twice a day every day this week so far. They called tonight on his house phone. I answered and said he was unavailable as he was. They then immediately called his mobile within seconds of me putting the phone. The wine is good but the constant bombardment has put both me and my father in law off completely. We will go elsewhere. Now when I see a number from Stirling I immediately know it is Laura from Pieroth and I decline the call. Total pain in the arse of a company.

If you're the kind of person who enjoys to be bombarded with calls over and over again then this is the company for you. If you're the kind of person who likes wine but also wants to be left alone for more than 10 minutes then use someone else.

well done Pieroth, Your constant calls have lost you business because your simply don't listen to your customers!!

The most disgusting wines I have ever tasted. Had better wine from lidl’s and Aldi’s. Sorry I listened to the rubbish the sales person spouted.

I had the most fabulous experience ordering a case with Josh. His approach over the phone was genuine, he had a clear passion for wine and extensive knowledge of the variety I was interested in. The transaction was easy/simple, and I will be returning for more in due course.

We have been Pieroth customers for many years & enjoyed their wines.
They are always good quality & delivered quickly
We have met several reps over the years but our latest rep Nick Rooker is by far the best.
He is very friendly & always advises on our wines & wines he thinks we may like.
He is very knowledgeable & goes out of his way to help, advise & arrange delivery when required.
If on the rare occasion there is a problem with the wine or delivery the lady in the office is helpful & sorts out a replacement.

We receive phone calls and updates, but never feel under pressure to buy. One time we were not keen on one suggestion made, but Pieroth happily exchanged for another wine instead. Good advice and suggestions made, and thoroughly enjoyed all the wines. Great service
