Phone Solutions staff are incredibly helpful, polite and kind-natured.
No problem is too difficult for them to solve: helping to set up an iPhone for a technophobe was the most difficult challenge.
They will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy.

What an absolute gentleman in this phone shop my misses bought a second hand phone from his shop which was the cheapest in preston
New screen and new battery fitted and was in very good condition
He also gave her free a charger lead and plug and offered her a new case for her own phone included in the price
I can highly recommend this shop as the gent in the shop was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the item she bought

I choose this shop after reading the reviews of others nearby. I required a new iPhone battery.

Firstly, I had a response message to say they could accommodate my needs and a price quote of £25.

I felt very comfortable with the know how their approach and left with a feeling of satisfaction and confidence that my issue was not only resolved but after asking other questions that I could return to a trusted phone repair shop.

The stock they had on offer and accessories were superb.

I can't recommend this place enough. After visiting 3 phone repair shops and having them refuse to even bother trying to fix my phone (when I had explained that I only wanted to salvage what was on it... one of them keeping my phone throughout Christmas only to not bother fixing it) the lovely men at Phone Solutions got straight to work without any hesitation, to get my phone working in order to retrieve data and transfer to my new device. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the speedy service I received was exceptional. They even made me a nice healthy cup of green tea! If you have a problem with your phone, go to Phone Solutions!
