OMG - Phil and partner did an amazing job. I phoned on a Saturday and he booked me in the morning.

He arrived on time. I explained to him that my 96-year-old mother was rushed into hospital and she was due to get a new carpet. She has a cream carpet and her Zimmer frame amongst other traffic destroyed her carpet.

Well, within an hour she has a new carpet! I couldn't believe it. I believe she had another company in Henley about 4! Years ago my brother said it was not as good as this.

He was so kind he saw a spot in her bedroom and removed this for free. His fee is reasonable. Lovely partnership as he arrives with a woman. Not only did I feel safe ( which is important nowadays) he was also extremely Professional. Therefore, anyone around the Henley area or beyond looking for carpet/ rug cleaner look no further- 15 out of 10.

I showed my mother the photos in the hospital she was delighted.

The team made an excellent job of cleaning my two large sofas. I'm delighted with how fresh and clean they look and smell. The cushions look so much better, and even the piping came up clean again. I would certainly use them again.

Excellent service! Honest, helpful and good value. We had a disaster where our toddler drew all over the carpet with mascara! Filip was good enough to respond and come out on a Sunday evening. He got some extra advice and we discussed the job together beforehand which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend. (Photos are before and after)

Would highly recommend Phil and his partner- they did an excellent job of responding to me quickly, being prompt, being fair priced, being enthusiastic, and most importantly- they did a great job on 2 rugs and some very dog-haired carpet! They even cleaned our footstool as part of the quote, which I appreciated.

Phil and his partner were brilliant - from start Phil was very responsive, asked for details about materials and type of work. They came in the weekend which worked perfect for us and they did an amazing job, and fairly priced. Our carpets and rug are nicely clean now 😊
