My experience with the dispatch office staff at Petty Wood Andover was extremely disappointing. When asking direct questions about waiting times, bay allocation, and who to see, I was met with rude and non-direct answers. They seemed to find it amusing to be unhelpful, which came across as highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. However, I must commend Radek, whom I believe to be the warehouse supervisor. He is fantastic – super approachable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He represents the company exceptionally well and should be recognized for his excellent attitude and service. The contrast between the dispatch office staff and Radek was stark. While I'm very dissatisfied with the dispatch office experience, Radek's positive attitude made a significant difference."

As a potential supplier, I called Petty Wood to find out more regarding a potential collaboration. A very friendly lady at the customer service line forwarded me to a gentlemen without mentioning his name. The gentleman was rude not even proving me his name saying: 'You called me, you must know my name'.
Sorry that you had a bad day and sorry for the bad but justified review. I wish you all the best.
