I stumbled upon Perthshire Preserves at the Stockbridge Farmers' Market (held on Sundays). What a lovely shop owner!! I, being from CT USA, had no idea what half the ingredients were. She patiently explained the array of fruits and berries. Her preserves are delicious! Absolutely amazing and unusual selection of preserves, curds and chutneys. Kudos!! Carry on, darling. I'll be back in four years.

Has some of the best preserves I've ever tried. My favourite is the strawberry and black pepper. It is absolutely addicting and I need to buy it whenever Perthshire Preserves is in Leith Market. I also recommend the Blackcurrant with whisky if you want more of a tart preserve. I've bought many flavours from them and not one has disappointed.

You really owe it to yourself to try at least one of their preserves and I guarantee you'll be smitten!

My friend bought me a jar of passionfruit curd at Braco show last week. It's to die for. Absolutely delicious. Pity i cant buy it here in Ayrshire. Need to stock up next time I'm up in Callander.
