I've been to a couple of bodybuilding shows here. Competed here last week, so I got to see backstage. It is well equipped for a variety of shows. Absolutely brilliant venue. Well organised staffing. Friendly and helpfull good stage and lighting.

There's such a heightened importance placed on the arts here, such a clear conception of them as being essential to the common life of the community. Because of a robust performing arts theatre like this, placed among a bustling and welcoming street that creates a sense of pride and honour, this small city has a more robust artistic culture than the much larger city in which I grew up. Even if you are not there for one of the many electrifying performances, look around the common area and see the stacks of plays on the book shelves. This theatre is itself a destination, and spending a lot of time in it produces a sense of reverence, such as can only be evoked by a place touched by the hands and hearts of a people.

Fantastic Pride of Ireland concert at Perth Theatre last night; great performances from Dominic Kirwan and Mike Denver, to celebrate St Patrick's Day. Lovely venue and friendly staff.

Small intimate theatre but big on atmosphere. Went to see local band True Gents and supporting acts. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Great bands, great crowd and great venue.

The theatre is very nice on the inside, and very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly - the only downside is the price of the drinks and snacks, but that's expected at a theatre. The show I saw was brilliant, too.
