Great shop. They do all pets and have a really good range of fish equipment for your tank. Pretty much everything you need in here. I don't think it's the cheapest place but it's fair and the staff were nice. I would definitely come back again!

Amazing pet store with a large variety of pets available from cold water fish to marine, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles. Huge selection of accessories, foods, tanks, cages and vivariums. If your after pets and supplies this is the place to go.

It’s little cafe we stumbled on waiting for our train.

They had a limited menu but this did not affect us we just wanted drinks.

They were pleasant and very approachable.
Drinks were brought to the table they cleared the question quick.

Offered vegan drinks. With a variety of alternative milks Soya, Oat and Almond.

The ginger cake was amazing.

Nice place, pleasant staff. Will go again.

Excellent breakfast. Ordered the standard full English and was pleased and impressed with the quality of the ingredients and overall experience. The cafe is situated in a purpose made building right next to the parking. Highly recommended.

This place has a mix match of animas and fish and a perfect place to go to kill a few hours. There a nearby cafe you can go to if your feeling peckish or you want something to drink. A mini golf place with quite a few holes so it a perfect place to bring kids or family. ✨✨

Arrived with my family with the intention of a starter aquarium for my 4 year old. We spent a while looking at some of the fish. I was looking for staff to give some assistance. There was a guy who was clearly dealing with a customer on the phone which is absolutely fair enough. So I hung about a bit longer looking at the fish in the tanks. When it appeared that the assistant on the phone was clearly involved in something that was taking a while I went in search of another member of staff to assist. I ended up asking a member of staff that is from a shop within the shop and she wasn’t able to assist. She did however go over to the counter where there were a few members of staff congregated. One came over to me and said that there were two members of staff working on the fish area. Pointing to the one on the phone and also another young lad who I had no idea was working there as wasn’t in any uniform. I then asked the young guy mentioned above for some help, he was polite and said he was dealing with someone else at the time and would come back to me. The member of staff from the counter returned back to the counter with the 2 other staff members and appeared to me to be chatting.

I hung about a bit longer and waited looking around the shop. Nobody came to offer me the help I’d asked for and the whole time I was there 3 members of staff were on the counter who could’ve probably helped me with my query.

In the end we left, went to another place and spent just under a £100 on a setup and got very good attentive customer service with all our questions answered.

Disappointed as I’d gone to what I thought was a specialist looking for advice on a setup for a novice and we felt like an inconvenience.

Won’t be returning again.

Love seeing all the birds, animals and fish. Came to get an upgrade for my tank, ended up spending so much time just looking around and smiling. Staff were helpful and friendly too 🙂
