Staff member Kirsty is rude, she continued to argue with me over the £3 min charge for using my bank card I had to ask her at least 3 times to stop the argument as I had work to go to and I wasn't wanting to argue the point out, she has no people skills and shouldn't be working with the public especially treating customers with so little respect very unkind woman

In and out quickly this morning missed the rush. As well as fuel also PPE gear and groceries. If wanting a morning roll fresh cooked breakfast rolls available

Only just off the M8 but far superior to any of the motorway stops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is superb. Sandwiches were fresh well filled and very tasty. On top of all that, they have a great selection of work wear, tools and accessories. Highly recommend the short trip off the M8. Total 5"+ Place.

Staff never want to open the PPE shop. I have been trying to see inside the shop three times now all I get is what you looking for, rather than letting the customer in and having a look. Boss needs to get a grip of the staff.

Been here since 1944 and usually the best rates around for fuel. Today I had a sandwich from “urban crust” in the chiller excellent value at £1.99 far superior than any of the supermarket comparisons. Plenty of choice there’s a reason why it’s so busy
