We stayed here in November and had a wonderful stay. Great hosts and a beautiful location.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. As an experienced horseperson I was especially interested in the stable management of these special Fell ponies. Everything was top quality and the safety and comfort of both the horses and riders was a priority. Hosts Chris, Cialis. And Suzy were welcoming and helpful. We rode out some fantastic country. Moors, hills, lots of local birds. Close to hiking trails and a lovely little pub with very hood food.

We just come back from a lovely stay at this wonderful family run farm. We all had an incredible relaxing break and our daughter absolutely loved working in the stable, learning about horse keeping. Chris is the owner, and she is such a warm-hearted person who makes you feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and she goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. The cottages are stunning, well presented and spotless. This is easily one of the nicest getaways you can have, especially if you have children who love horses & farm life. Thank you so much Chris, you've got a superb business and long may it continue! See you at the end of August!

I was raised in Rossendale and was returning from USA with family. Even though I know the area Peers Clough just exceeded all expectations. The cottage is well equipped and spacious but the garden and views are spectacular. We had 2 young grandchildren with us and Chris and her family were exceptional with them along with their gentle fell ponies and chickens - just making the stay and absolute pleasure. The road to the cottage is unmade and a little rough but it’s absolutely worth it to stay here

The views are stunning, the cottage is spotless, the dining kitchen is a lovely, sociable space and is well equipped, the bathroom and huge shower makes me envious and the bedrooms are beautiful. Even in February the garden was attractive and the covered courtyard area was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee with a view despite the high winds.||||We've visited twice and have booked again. There's clearly relaxing magic built into those walls and there's always a warm, friendly welcome from the owners. Thank you x

I have just spent a lovely weekend here with my mum and toddler. |The cottage is well equipped and spacious. The location is beautiful and Chris and her family are very welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay and to take the opportunity to ride out in the spectacular countryside on the fell ponies.

This is a tremendous value alternative to staying in a B&B. Spacious and well-appointed, in a quiet location and with great views. The owner was really friendly and went out of her way to help two tired bikers sort out food for the evening. Highly recommended.
