Great shop. Placed an order online this morning for some mot 1 sub base and sand. I received a call not long after to clarify if what I ordered was definitely right - turns out I picked the wrong sand! It was sorted out for me over the phone and everything delivered later on the same day.

Popped in today just for a small piece of wood to replace a lid of a milk box made for us and not only did they have the perfect piece of wood he shaped it for me and it only cost me 51p ! Superb service.

Over the last 20+ years I have always had courteous and helpful service.
On the very rare occasion when they were unable to supply what i was hunting for they directed me towards a comparable alternative or suggested possible other suppliers.
If I was arm wrestled to find something negative It would be the closure of Pease owned 'China Cabinet' which was a gem of a store often visited for Christmas pressies etc
