I bought heera crushed wheat and it has worms inside it,clusters and forms inside the packet.The best before end was jan/2027 but when I open the packet worms are crawling and I took picture of it.Dont understand what to do now.

HGV delivery.

The company I work for delivered 6 containers to P&B and we all arrived at the same time. ALL of the staff I spoke to were VERY helpful and polite, they are a credit to the company ?

All of our vehicles were unloaded within the allocated time frame and with no issues at all.

The yard is easily accessible with plenty of room for manoeuvring, easy reverse on the bay where the seal is cut and doors opened internally of the building. Hand your keys into the transport office while unloading and you can go back to your cab and relax. Toilets in the gatehouse. Weighbridge on site, used when we entered and exited.

Very concerned about what Heera turmeric is adulterated with? I did the turmeric test and the colour didn't dissolve and remained very bright and the liquid opaque. Unadulterated turmeric should drop to the bottom and have a very pale colour to the water after 20mins. Otherwise it may contain LEAD!

Bought luxury fruit & nut mix 700 g from a local shop in preston called muin grocers on st pauls road preston went to return the bag was told by the owner call the suppliers if the product is not good , she would not take it back or even exchange for another one.
We rang the firm about 5 times to speak with customer service department they even sent her an internal email to contact me but she was not available to call back i today eventually managed to speak with her and was told send her the product by post but wont refund the money . Will see it has a problem.

GO TO ANY MAJOR SUPERMARKET IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY GLADLY WILLING TO HELP.
