Verbally abused by a driver attending Heron foods Alfreton at 09:20 on 30/07/24. Will be making a formal complaint to both Herons and Paynes Dairies.

Driver decided to take it upon himself to take photos of my vehicle and shout at me about parking - (there are barely any visible lines in the car park and he was already well past my vehicle)

Absolutely disgusting way to treat a member of the public whilst on a customers premises. As above, I will take this further.

It looks like milk by colour but the taste is not good. Its 1st time I bought from poundland but it was last time.
Don't by milk by this company because I am not sure what , but I am sure you will regret not just taste but your time and money ? and most importantly your family health could be at risk....
No more words but enough is enough for me.

Leaving this review as a last resort! Milk bought from my local store, well within date, freshly opened and straight away hit with the strongest smell of rotten fish! (Not sour!) Clearly something going wrong with your dairy farm as there are tonnes of other reviews stating the milk is utterly vile. Total health hazard issue.
I've made my local store aware of this and I've tried to contact Paynes Farm Dairies several times and had no response at all. Blind ignorance!
Avoid this supplier at all costs!

Paynes tanker drivers around Carlisle - which part of 'road unsuitable for diverted traffic do you not fully understand?' Chapel hill road is a single track road, with no dairy farms on it. PLEASE USE THE SIGNED DIVERSION. Thank you.

Bought from the local shop in dire need of milk, disgusting stuff. Tastes metallic and sour within one hour, worse if it goes into a coffee/tea. Fully curdles within a day (3 days left in Use by).
