We bought a Crested Gecko from there. We came to visit a few months before to ask questions. All the basics were included in the starter kit and price and so we didn't have to buy lots of different things separately. Paul was was very helpful and knowledgeable and always said that we could give him a call at any time if we had any questions along the way. You can see that the reptiles are well looked after and we will give our gecko for boarding there when we go on holiday as we trust Paul to take good care of our gecko.

Got a snake with an enclosure here a few years ago. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. The snake I got is a chocolate ball python who I was told grew up knowing human touch. He is very friendly and is very healthy, and I got to know some facts about snakes I may have not known before hand. All together was around £200 if im remembering correctly. Food, enclosure, extra bedding for the enclosure, accessories such as faux leaves, a place for him to hide, reptile-safe cleaning spray and a heating mat. I was told in detail how long to leave him for before attempting to touch, when to (like to not touch after feeding), washing your hands, and all was great advice as he is now one of my best friends after 3 years and is calm, never attempted to bite me out of nowhere and is great around human company. The owner obviously has a great passion for these animals as they are very healthy in the store, and me and My mom back then got to touch the very large adult snakes that I believe he owned, its been a few years so my memories not great! Love my snake to this day and many more years ahead! Recommend this place to any future snake owners or anyone who would want to add to their collection . Will add pictures of my snake later as my phones a bit iffy

It’s an amazing place with many cool and interesting animals.. the staff are helpful and have good knowledge about the animals and they give good advice. I would definitely recommend coming here as it has a good variety, good staff and it is a very cool store.

Full disclosure, didn’t go in to buy a reptile. Went in to take pics for daughter’s art GCSE. I told Paul I wasn’t buying and he was still so unbelievably helpful, even brought out a couple of snakes for me to photograph! So kind, chatty and helpful!
