We were walking past and got attracted by the vintage exterior so we decided to pop in. The interior is just as enchanting, the pastries looked amazing and the staff was super helpful and guided us to a table. We were served promptly.
The apricot danish was so delicious and the hot chocolate was silky smooth. The decor definitely adds to the atmosphere. Cannot wait to come back to Edinburgh and bring more people here!

Dropped in for brunch with many many many other cafes to choose in the area. Special of the day Bagel was great albeit a bit greasy for perfection, morning rolls were solid and eggs on toast were fine (pretty hard to mess these up). Coffees were fine also (Cappuccino and Latte). All in all, a good brunch place on the more expensive side (total was £38- we had to double look). Would I return? Probably not, but I would say you get a decent experience without setting the world on fire

Cute little cafe along an interesting cobbled street. Food is really good. I liked the haggis especially, though it's my first time trying so don't take my word for it.

Coffee is not bad either.

Nice cafe with great atmosphere. Latte was delicious, as was my millionaire shortbread. Everyone I was with seemed to enjoy theirs too! The tables are a little small though, but we were a large party so I suppose that’s to be expected. The staff were nice if a little rushed. Prices were reasonable. Liked it!

Absolutely delicious food, however, be warned it is VERY busy in the mornings. Took about half an hour to be served a scone and a croissant. I would say it is worth the wait though as they serve some of the best croissants I've ever tasted.

It was a sunny day and I felt like eating a slice of cake in the sun so I knew exactly where to go 😊 lemon drizzle loaf did not disappoint and my earl grey was very nice too. Loved the tableware too.
Staff seemed a little tired that day - I hope they are not understaffed and are feeling appreciated by management, etc 😊

Nice place
Went quite late - there wasn’t much variety left. Enjoyed the cheese scone but the mixed nut dark chocolate banana loaf was a bit too hard - have had better!

Reasonable brunch & generous portions. We were seated at a nice table at the end by the window. We asked to have a couple more minutes to choose then didn’t have our order taken for quite a while but otherwise service ok.
