Passed my test with the help of dawn. Dawn is very calm when teaching. She also helped my 2 brothers pass their driving tests. If you are looking for driving lessons I would highly recommend

I have absolutely regretted going with passport driving school and wasted my money on such an unprofessional instructor. My instructor was Vincent (Fareed khan). He was absolutely atrocious. He was so unorganised as he’d never remember the dates and times for my driving lessons. He was completely unprofessional as he would spend more time talking about his personal life rather than teaching. He was also very good at putting me down and making me feel terrible regardless of the skill I knew I had. He was also very unprofessional in the fact that he was always late to my driving lessons, I wouldn’t mind if he was 5-10 minutes late , but turning up half an hour to an hour late was ridiculous especially when I’d have work or uni to be at. To top it off, in December I asked him if he is okay with me booking my driving test as I felt ready , he was completely fine with this and in fact gave me a date and time that would be preferred for his schedule. He then made me change this date 3 times !!!! And then finally the 4th time round that he made me change the date he did not give me enough notice or enough time to give DVLA the required 3 working days notice in order to change or cancel my test date. This meant I lost my money which I was so annoyed about but I still remained respectful towards the situation. Regardless of Vincent making me change this test date so many times we got through it and then allowed me to rebook my test which again he give me a suitable time and date which would fit his schedule. Today we had like our 5th mock test which I know for a fact was fine and I felt ready for my test , he proceeds to tell me that yet again , I’m not ready for my test ! I do NOT understand why as an instructor you are allowing your learner drivers to book their test on a date given by YOU just for you soon decide they’re not “ready” all he is doing is getting more money out of me which I’ve had enough of now. If Vincent truly thought I was not ready he would never have given me the “go ahead” to book my test. He has been an absolute waste of my money and has wasted my money on 2 test which he allowed me to book but has not allowed me to go for the test. Not only this, he struggled to maintain his car which led to cancellations of lessons multiple times. This would have been fine if he’d have given me a few days notice or at least telling me the night before, but telling my 3 phones calls later and 30 minutes after my lesson was scheduled for is unacceptable and was such an inconvenience to me. Just to make it worse , as well as turning up 30 minutes late , he would cut the lesson 10 minutes short which just tops of how worth my money this man was. Will never recommend. Don’t waste your time or money.

Throughout my lessons with passport, I was taught by both Dawn and Andy, both of which helped me greatly! I started from scratch with dawn and thought I would never pass my test, being such a nervous person, but here we are! I now drive myself around every day, to work/uni and to the shops at least once a day! I can’t recommend passport enough! I also found it helpful that different instructors have different ways of remembering things, this helped me a lot! Thankyou.

Andrew was great, I passed first time with zero faults. Very professional and he clearly knows exactly what he's doing; on test day there was nothing that I encountered that we hadn't practiced a bunch of times. Wouldn't have come close to passing without the lessons!

I passed with Andy Gutherson around North Tyneside and he was brilliant from start to finish. Very patient with me and helped me to get rid of a lot of bad habits from a previous instructor. Just passed today and couldn't be happier.

Just had my first driving lesson with Vincent Khan, I chose passport as I didn't like my previous instructor, I explained to Vincent that I'm hard of hearing, he really spoke clearly to me and made me feel at ease and confident, so glad I went with passport even tho it was my first lesson, thanks Vincent.

Dawn showed professionalism, patience and encouraged Millie week by week. I appreciate all her support, time and effort. I highly recommend Passport driving school.
