I ordered 2 kilos of sausages last Tuesday, and was told they'd be in the shop, next Wed (today), so come back then, which I did. My friend and I having bought 4 puddings last week, were planning to buy more, along with some other items, including the sausages.
We had travelled over from Te nterden, specifically for my order.
I was told, very rudely "Oh the ones that were left hanging, because you didn't pick them up, so,no, we don't have any"
After his sarcastic and incorrect reply, I suggested an apology would be in order, to which, he replied, that I was being rude.
Needless to say, my friends and I will not be returning

Simply the best! The sweetest most tender and juicy lamb (excuse my attempt at French trimming). I've been delighted with all the meat I've had from Park Farm butchers and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Solid butcher, great selection & choice. Added benefit of being able to order online and have local delivery. Can't fault them one bit. Any notes added to deliveries (i.e. please bone/skin a joint etc) are dealt with without hesitation.

This is the best butchers for quality meat and service and we travel 20 miles every time, but it’s worth it! Nothing is too much trouble, And any cut of meat is done on site, locally sourced produce which is superb. Friendly and helpful! Perfect!

Thank you Park Farm once again for always
timely delivery and such good quality meat and produce. Our rib of beef this week was soo tender and delicious and I also treated myself to some brie which is perfectly ripe.

Amazingly good village butchers. Top quality meat and great selection including pies etc.. Service is first class and very personal and friendly. By far the best butchers I have ever used . Also have now included on-line ordering ... .😃
