Best customer service received from any business! I was nervous about buying trees online, as we knew we wanted some for privacy but wasn’t sure which ones. The customer service has been fantastic, via what’s app and email to help us make a decision about the right trees for us including advice about the slop of our garden and how to care for them. Really pleased that the trees turnt up exactly how they looked in the pictures. Couldn’t recommend more.

Ordered 13 pleached Cherry Laurel trees from Paramount Plants.
Couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from start to finish.
I had multiple email exchanges with the team asking (sometimes stupid) questions and they were always happy to answer and provide all the information I needed.
Spoke to them on the phone at the time of ordering and they freed up some stock for us to ensure we could make our full order so also very helpful!

Plants looking great so far, can’t wait for them to fully develop. Planting them was a tiring but fun process.

I bought 24 Deschampia Goldtau from Paramount Plants in September at an incredibly good price.
Never ordered from Paramount before and was interested to see what they were like.
When they arrived they were very well packaged, lovely nice plants, slightly pot bound but very healthy - photo has been taken a month on from delivery & after I have potted them on.
It does take a little longer to get the plants from Paramount than other suppliers but the price more than makes up for it.
Will definitely order more from Paramount.

Unbelievable quality! We were wondering how good the trees would be and they were perfect! We bought some Thuja Smaragd White Cedar and 1 Cupressus Macrocarpa Goldcrest. As you can see in pictures it completely changed the looks of our garden. Totally recommend Paramount Plants to anyone who is in doubt of where to buy. 100% quality. Delivery was rearranged with no problem for a date that suits us. Definitely will be buying more trees here in future.

Amazing experience with the team @ Paramount these past few weeks. Everyone we spoke with was super helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to achieve a screening effect with Holly trees, but we weren’t too sure where to start. Special shout out to Kevin and his team. Kev explained all the info we needed; how to plant, how to fix, how to water and feed and how to maintain our trees. We’re very grateful.
