We had the pleasure of attending an event at Papa's Mineral Company, hosted by Clare Getty of East Belfast Enterprise & The Foundry as part of the Go Succeed NI Peer Support Network. As an event catering company, it was incredibly valuable to tour the business premises and hear directly from the owner, Wayne, about the journey and growth of Papa's Mineral Company.

Wayne's presentation was engaging and insightful, offering us a closer look at how the business has evolved over the years. The Q&A session that followed provided us with plenty of inspiration and practical advice.

We also got to sample some of Wayne's new brands, including the range of Longbridge Drinks and their latest product, Irish Sisters - Raspberry & Rose and Fiery Ginger Wine. I've always enjoyed the Traditional Clove Cordial coming up to Christmas time but I had no idea that the range has grown to lots of other flavours and all handmade in East Belfast. Each sample was unique and delicious, and we’re still deciding on our favourite - our top contenders are the Irish Sisters Fiery Ginger Wine, Pink Grapefruit Soda or Raspberry & Rose!

LOVE the ginger cordial!
Had a bottle 'left over' from Christmas so took it to France in January.
SO glad. Hubby and I took chesty coughs and although this is intended as a delicious cordial, hot ginger at night did the trick settling down our irritating cough! Even shared it with a poorly neighbour and she loved it too.
Recommend you give it a try!

Love the Winterberry cordial served hot....lifesaver through December/Jan when throat and sinuses were playing up, delicious festive drink and also soothed my sore throat! I have to have it every Christmas at the market and bring some home, kids loved the lemonade from them in the summer too

Stevie is the top man, could sell sand to the arabs lol very knowledgeable on these fantastic minerals, and give me some fantastic ideas on what minerals to mix with what drinks. The gin and spice Winterberry is amazing, I shall be back at the market for a few more bottles next week, excellent range and keenly priced.
