Me and my partner have been having Papa Paella every single Wednesday + Saturday for the last few years! Week in week out we go for the seafood/vegan mix and then a chilli beef or chicken/chorizo. The paellas are wonderfully cooked (we actually prefer them to ones we have had in Spain!) and we really enjoy seeing Papa Paella each week, it ruins our meal plans for Wednesday and Saturday when he isn’t at the St Albans market! Thanks again! 🙂

We've been following Papa (Carl) for 4-5 years now and I have to say the paella 🥘 is the best we've had. My daughter was in Spain just 2 weeks ago and said on her first trying (she's a very fussy eater) saying it was better than the paella she had in Spain. I've recommended him to all our family and friends and always pick up dinner. I would highly recommended the chilli beef, chicken and chorizo, seafood and vegetarian! They are all great! And he's such a lovely guy! 5 🌟

Best Paella ever, such a great place, i tend to go here quite a lot on Saturdays, always the seafood for me and Chicken & Chorizo for my lovely other half! Been going to St Albans Market for a good few years and its always a great treat to grab some Paella from Papa’s, wether eating there and then or taking home for later, its my go to take away food on a Saturday Lunchtime! If ever near St Albans on a Saturday or Wednesday, always worth a check to see if Papa Paella is in town (pretty much always there on these days) so treat yourself to something good, gluten free, and even has a vegetarian option, but always chicken and chorizo, seafood, chilli beef and vegetarian!
