Had a lovely visit to the taproom, tried a Bao with beef brisket which was nice, as well as obviously trying a variety of beers! What I particularly liked was that you could get a tasting rack of 3 x third pints and thus try a selection of beers you perhaps wouldn't otherwise try.

Following some of the social media, it looks like they are adding a few more menu items / special food days, so will be keeping an eye on those!

Mac and team were absolutely amazing! My husband and I booked our wedding reception quite short notice at OMB and he more than delivered the perfect night for us! OMB is such an amazing gem, with great food and drinks. The place completely fits our vibes with the dark blues and greens and Tudor interior! Highly recommend. Although we were at max capacity the were no issues and service remained smooth throughout.

Great selection of craft beers, more of their own brews coming on line shortly. Friendly staff who are well informed of all the current rotation of beers. Food looks great although we were not eating we were given a selection of roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings on the house, washed down with a int of Deya Hazy IPA , faultless 👌🏻

Good place, good food, good service.. location wise is easy to find as it is right in the heart of Colchester Town.. parking is bit tricky but i guarantee you wont regret the experience you get..

Big thanks to the restaurant staff and chef for making our Valentine Dinner so special and memorable..

Very nice beer. The brewery was nice and cosy, the restrooms clean. I didn't try the food but it looked amazing. Service was also very good. Will come as soon as I can.

Great selection of craft beer from new England hazy and juicy IPAs to creamy stout, awesome vibe and décor with friendly staff and fair prices. Worth a visit for any craft beer enthusiast.
