O Urbans Deli, What a phenomenal experience, My love for smashed Patty burgers was destroyed from all the rubbish places out there making false claims of XY & Z, This place has truly rejuvenated my taste 👅 buds for a smashed patty 🍔, The meat 🥩 cooked to perfection, I was just visiting the store and decided to try the deli attached I ordered the ‘smoke house smashed burger’ with the hallumi fries. All halal, A very hidden gem of restaurant. I cant wait to re-visit, it’s a shame about their opening hours, I hope they continue what they are doing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I'VE EMAILED 3 TIMES AND TEXTED. No replies whatsoever. Pies came in absolute horrendous conditions. I had to throw it all away!! waste of money and food! If you're a company who sells frozen food, it would make sense to invest in insulated packaging!!! They simply just chucked in 2 packs of ice cube packs and the food defrosted and crumbled everywhere. SHOCKING. DO NOT BUY.

Really disappointing when I came today I thought il find alot more variety but there was just one small fridge full of chicken products and the other side was cheese bites etc .oh and another one full of fries. 5 items for 20 something was not really worth it but really wanted to have one product which they did have. Overall I don't think il come again for anything again. Not worth me travelling here.!

Placed an order for a box of 40 small apple pies for a birthday present.
Ordered at the weekend and received on the next Wednesday, so far all very good.

On opening, the cooking instructions on the box were for Deep Frying from frozen only but on the Website it states that they should be Oven cooked but no actual details.

Took one out and defrosted it. Cooked it and when able to eat it, having puffed up during cooking and as with most apple pie products, the amount of apple and pulp inside was the absolute minimum you will ever find.
All in all very, very disappointing and CANNOT recommend this product in any way possible. I will not be giving these to the person they were intended for.
