The team has arrived on time and started setting up, you can see that they have been at the Shack Revolution before as they knew exactly what to do.
The queue for the pizzas started forming quickly and everyone was impressed by the preparation and the amazing taste of the pizzas.
Gluten free pizzas were equally enjoyable.
The team did a great job and any leftover pizza was prepared for the guests in takeaway boxes to have later/take home.
It has been such an easy experience working with the Origin Pizza.

The Nduja pizza is the best thing I’ve ever eaten! The dough is amazing, the dip is amazing. I love it!! And everyone who work at Origin are so so lovely! I really enjoy going there. 10/10

We had Origin Pizza cater for our wedding evening food at Homme House in August 2024. We knew from the start we wanted a pizza van in the evening, and as real pizza lovers, it had to be genuinely delicious! We weren't local to the area, so spent hours trawling Google & Instagram for the best options we could find nearby, and landed on Origin.

From start to finish they were great - super responsive on email, quick to quote and be flexible with what we wanted, ready to advise on numbers/timings without being pushy. On the wedding night itself they were exactly what you'd want: punctual, professional, knew exactly what they were doing, plus really friendly with guests - and the pizza itself was absolutely delicious. They hadn't worked at the venue previously but everything ran like clockwork. Our guests loved it and have kept saying for weeks after how tasty the pizza was.

We had ~100 guests and Origin recommended serving 75 pizzas. They cooked the pizza fresh to order over about a 2 hour period, which was perfect as it meant all pizzas were fresh + hot whether you wanted to eat at 8.30pm or 10pm (definitely a big advantage vs. other evening wedding food we've had which is only served at one time then left out/goes cold). Only about 5 doughballs were left at the end, which the team made final pizzas with and boxed up on the side for anyone hungry later on.

Overall would thoroughly recommend, 10/10 pizza + perfect service alongside it. Thanks again all at Origin!

if you pass up this food truck, you’re missing out on some ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL vegan pizza. They had spicy chorizo, veg, and house made garlic/parsley/black pepper mayo. it was SO GOOD.

I first came across Origin Pizza at an event at our dog trainers and thought I'd give them a try, and boy was I glad I did. Being a self acknowledged pizza snob I was taken aback by the quality of the dough, toppings and the authentic wood fire cooked taste.

I am now hooked on Nick's amazing pizza with the Nduja being my go to favourite, especially drizzled with their own home made hot honey!

Its rare to find a good quality pizza yet alone a top quality one, so 100% recommend that if you see their mobile pizza truck (they have a very cool white Defender based oven too), go and grab a pizza. You won't regret it.

Really tasty pizza. Delicious, authentically thing crust. The nduja was a hit. Also tried their sweet cinnamon dough balls, and WOW that biscoff sauce was to die for. As a fan of dipping sauces, all I can say is yum. Light and not greasy whatsoever! Unfortunately think one of our pizzas ended up not being what we ordered, but was tasty nonetheless.

Stayed in Hay on Wye for a few nights and discovered this place on the Thurs night, honestly the best pizza I have ever tried.
Obviously, a well loved place for the locals as it was busy, but we were given a time and had a great chat with the guys whilst they produced and cooked our food!! Try this place, you will not be disappointed!!
