I have been working with Options for years and it is one of the nicest collaborations I have had. Good quality products and very nice service!

Usually I have contact with Louise for orders and questions about products. She is always available and I almost always get an immediate response from her.

I often work with Alex during the design process. He comes up with the nicest label designs. He always goes that extra mile. Works fast, which makes the design process very smooth.

Of course, as with any company, sometimes things don't go quite right. Sometimes through no fault of their own, for example because goods were damaged during transport. But Richard has always resolved these types of incidents for us. I have noticed that customer satisfaction is very high at Options.
