The food prep from ONCO is incredible, great size portion and really tasty. My favourite was the chicken gyro and beef chilli, the food was fresh for days and had a high nutritional value that supported my recovery whilst on bed rest.

I also liked how the protein and carb levels were written on the packet so took all the guess work out for me.

The company delivered on time and at a high level service I would 💯 order from them again Thankyou so much

Being a PT myself I have recently started getting meals from onco. The standard is amazing and the nutrient dense meals are second to non. I love how they have a lean plan for my clients who want to lose weight and a medium and bulking plan for the clients who want to maintain or pack on muscle.
The best thing is the meals are so tasty which can be rare with other prep meal companies. Really nice guys aswell it's definitely 5 stars from me

I’ve tried a few of these meals now. I’m really enjoying trying new food that I don’t have time to cook myself, due to running my own business, manager of my child’s basketball ball team and looking after my young family too. It’s great to know that I’m not overeating in every meal (being a builder😂) The Mexican beef which comes with spinach and rice was not too spicy but really flavourful and comes with a chimichurri sauce if you want a bit more spice. It’s great that you only have to wash a fork after you have finished. What a bonus. My children are enjoying giving them a go too.

Being busy at work this a fantastic, healthy option. They are delivered to me once a week. Packaged beautifully with all nutritional content on the front, great serving size but what differentiates them from other meal prep companies I tried in the past is the taste. All full of flavour and fresh ingredients. The meatballs were above restaurant quality! Can’t wait for my next delivery thanks guys.
